In support of the many iHUTs conducted each year, Decision Analyst operates its own mail processing center with professional staff who are very knowledgeable about shipping standards, processes, and procedures.
- Expertise: Our well-trained team is dedicated, meticulous, and ready to fulfill your product testing needs!
- Facilities: Our Product Processing and Shipping facilities encompass 2,000 square feet and have with ample space for product storage. The space is air-conditioned, sanitary, and protected by multiple security systems.
- Temperature Control: The mailing facility is temperature-controlled and can be adjusted to accommodate specific product needs.
- Deliveries: A loading dock is available for direct product deliveries.
- Sanitation: All employees who touch or handle test products, or work in the same room, are required to wear surgical gloves at all times. The product-processing and mail-processing facilities are cleaned daily.
