The 2010 Texas Graduate Business School Survey is
a scientific study of Texas residents’ awareness, brand image, media usage,
and intent to attend various Texas graduate business schools.
The primary contents of this study, based on over 2,200 online surveys:
- A statistical overview of the market for graduate business education in the State of Texas, including a target market analysis.
- A snapshot of “brand” images of major graduate business schools located in Texas.
- A profile of each graduate business school’s strengths and weaknesses.
- A comprehensive media usage analysis.
- Preference for various types of graduate business degrees.
Methodology
The 2010 Texas Graduate Business School Survey is
a bienniel survey of college students and/or college graduates living in Texas.
A stratified quota sample that mirrors the adult population (aged 18+) of Texas
is used. The survey is conducted over the Internet, and the sample source is
our proprietary online panel, American Consumer Opinion®.
Respondents were broken into two cells::
- Plan to Attend GBS: Respondents plan to attend
a graduate business school within the next five years
- College Influencers: Respondents who have graduated
from college but do not plan to attend a graduate business school in the next
five years.
